About the Role

We’re looking for a meticulous and motivated QA Engineer to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our AI-driven products. If you love finding bugs, optimizing user experiences, and working closely with developers to refine cutting-edge technology, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Test Design & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test cases for various parts of the system, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
• AI & Language Model Testing: Carefully evaluate the performance of language models from both quality and logic perspectives, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Bug Tracking & Documentation: Accurately document test results, bugs, and improvements, providing clear feedback to development teams.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product teams to drive continuous quality improvements and refine user experiences.
• Data & Database Inspection: Analyze test data and thoroughly inspect databases during testing to ensure consistency and correctness.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to refining QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and coverage.

What You'll Bring

• QA Fundamentals: 1+ years of experience in software testing, with strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies.
• UI Testing Skills: Experience in user interface (UI) testing, ensuring seamless and intuitive user experiences.
• Tool Familiarity: Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Postman, or similar for bug tracking and API testing.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for identifying edge cases, inconsistencies, and potential improvements.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate issues and solutions.

Nice to Haves

• SQL Knowledge: Ability to write queries for data inspection and validation.
• Automation Experience: Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium or Cypress.
• AI/Language Model Interest: Basic understanding or curiosity about AI, NLP, or large language models (LLMs).
