About the Role
We are looking for a Back-End Software Engineer skilled in Python and Django to develop Torob’s core services, add secure, fast, and well-tested features to the product, and identify and resolve performance bottlenecks at large scale. This role will have a direct impact on the team’s main and long-term OKRs, and will take technical ownership of several key services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve Torob’s product by adding secure, tested, and fast features with measurable impact.

• Play an active role in achieving the team’s OKRs.

• Identify, solve, and prevent performance issues in large-scale systems.

• Define and enhance coding standards and enforce them through code reviews.

• Independently complete medium-sized tasks and collaborate effectively on larger ones.
